I was the Technical Director for this show. I took part in weekly production meetings by updating the rest of the production team on scenic's progress and answered or asked questions on behalf of the scenic team. I helped research material costs and ensured that our team met budget requirements. Additionaly, I created draftings and then assembled them into drawing packages. Then, I presented the draftitngs to the carpenters for construction and made a weekly build schedule. If the carpenters had any questions or problems, they would present them to me and I would troubleshoot the problem and do my best to find a solution. I also created the load-in plan and lead load-in. I attended tech and took note of elements in need of repair. If the scenic designer had any additional notes, I would add them to mine and then create a punch list to be sent to the carpenters the following day. After the show opened, I would analyze the performance report nightly to see if there were any notes for the scenic team to address. Finally, I created the strike plan and led strike the morning after closing.

As the carpenters completed the tasks it would get Highlighted in red on Microsoft Teams so I could see what did or didn't get done that day. If a task was not completed I would copy it over to the next day of notes for them until it was finished.
